Dr. Sandeep B. Gore (1979) is presently serving as Assistant professor in the Department of Fisheries Engineering, College of Fisheries Science, Nagpur. He has obtained his Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) in 2002 from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli. He has done his Masters of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc.) in Fish Processing Technology in 2004 from the Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli and Ph. D. in Fish and Fisheries Science with specialization in Post-Harvest Technology from ICAR-CIFE, Mumbai in 2022. He started his career as Project Assistant from 2005-2007 in Fishery Survey of India, Govt. of India. Since 2007, he has been working as Assistant professor in the Department of Fisheries Engineering, College of Fisheries Science, Nagpur under the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Science University, Nagpur. He has published more than 30 research papers in scientific journals of National and International repute. He has participated in many national and international seminars and conferences.

Dr. Subal Kumar Ghosh (1989) is presently serving as an Assistant Fisheries Officer, at the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department Govt. of Odisha. He has obtained a Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.) in 2015 from W.B.U.A.F.S, Kolkata. He completed his Master's in Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc.) in 2017 from the Central Institute of Fisheries Education (CIFE), Mumbai, and his Ph. D. in Fisheries Post-Harvest Technology from CIFE, Mumbai in the year 2023. He started his career as an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Fish Processing Technology at the School of Fisheries, CUTM, Paralakhemundi, Odisha, in the year 2021. Since 2023, he has been working as an Assistant Fisheries officer at FARD Dept. Govt. of Odisha. He has expertise in the development of fish-based value-added products and by-products, as well as physicochemical and microbiological techniques for fish and fisheries products. Moreover, he has also been exposed to special field training and participated in many national and international seminars, and skill development learning programs in the field of fisheries science. He has more than 13 years of experience in the field of fisheries science and published more than 20 research articles in national and international journals of repute.
